Lenny has over 30-year experience in hospitality industry and held several senior management positions in a few international hotel chains including Shangri-la, Conrad International, Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental, Swiss Hotel, Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts and Best Western.
With 6-year local experience in Shanghai & Beijing and running three companies in the hospitality industry, Lenny has established a strong insight of the hotel and tourism industry in China.

Mandy has over 17-year experience in hotel and tourism industry covering sales & marketing, catering, project administration and event management. She was the Director of Sales – China in the Global Sales Office of the Langham Hotels International promoting the Langham brand (including nine hotels in Hong Kong, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand) in China and has developed a comprehensive network with international airlines, major wholesalers, MICE planners, TMC and 3rd party websites in the China outbound market.
Before joining Connections Tourism & Event Management, Mandy held the position as the Director of Sales & Marketing for The Langham, Yangtze Boutique, Shanghai.

Annie has been serving major investment bureau and property developers in China for over 15 years in the area of Project Management & Marketing, Investment and Financing, Risk Assessment and Acquisition.
